During the day we will introduce some of the basic principles and tools of shamanism. Together we will explore the medicine wheel, and the four elements and worlds. There will be simple powerful ceremonies to help connect and heal.

Making Spaces in the Woods

Come help build spaces to connect (breathe, rest, dance) and heal......
We will be doing all sorts…. making paths, clearing rhododendrons, chopping wood, building structures big and small....
We provide hot drinks and hot green veg soup for lunch in the cabin.
No cost. Just bring some vegetarian food to share and wear outdoor clothes.
